skinless breasts and most dark meat items. Tenders are steady to weak.
Trucklot buying activity is light to moderate for early week trading as
dealers continue monitor disruptions in processing schedules. Offerings of
wings are seasonally tight; bone-in breasts are close in balance and moving
well. Boneless skinless breasts and dark meat cuts are moderate and
tenders available and slow to clear. Market activity is slow to moderate.
