Cotton Lower on Wednesday

Cotton futures were down 23 to 47 points in most contracts on Wednesday. The US dollar index was higher on Wednesday. The weekly Export Sales report will be released on Thursday morning per the normal schedule. The Cotlook A index for June 4 was up 125 points from the previous day to 80.35 cents/lb. The weekly Average World Price (AWP) is 61.31 cents/lb through Thursday.

Jul 19 Cotton closed at 68.740, down 23 points,

Oct 19 Cotton closed at 67.490, down 28 points

Dec 19 Cotton closed at 66.810, down 39 points
